• Lead the turn around of the home from RI to Good.
• Ensure compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate the needs of residents.
• Manage and supervise the nursing and care team to maintain high standards.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
