Commercialisation Manager (Luton Point) – CBRE

Location: Based on site at the Centre
Key AimDevelop and implement revenue generating programmes that deliver income in line with the Commercialisation Business Plan.
Key Objectives- Source, manage and achieve / exceed income targets across strategic commercialisation categories:
Media, Vending, Services (ATMs), Mall Retail, Promotions, New Initiatives and other. - Work with the Associate Director to prepare annual budgets and monthly/quarterly budget forecasts for the centre.
- Effectively manage debt with the accountant.
- Manage and build partnership relationships with select key accounts.
- Ensure delivery of market leading excellence in commercialisation.
- Communicate and liaise with Centre Management on development of commercialisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director and Head of Commercialisation on non‑rental income generation.
- Work closely with solicitors in drafting legal documents for long‑term deals.
- Prepare paperwork such as PTAs, BAFs, and short leases including storage.
- Challenge and improve existing services and facilities through innovation.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
- Achieve / exceed income targets.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained, completed to schedule and efficiently.
- Benchmark our initiatives against other companies and provide improvements.
- Be aware of the Company’s Health & Safety Policy and carry out work in accordance with its requirements.
