Base Salary: £37,152 plus £3,598 location allowance*

Base salary is based on an average 40‑hour working week.

Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000.

• Communicator:
  Master diagnostics and delight customers by conveying solutions clearly and safely.
• Self‑starter:
  Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
• Fixer / Problem Solver:
  Use technical expertise to resolve roadside issues or recover vehicles to a garage, enabling customers to get on with their day.

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
• Full Category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
