Responsibilities- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deeds of variation
- Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
- Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
- Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts - Undertaking home, hospital and residential care home visits
- 26 days holiday + BHs
