Criminal Defence Solicitor – Bedfordshire (Luton) & Surrounding Magistrates’ Courts

We’re representing a highly regarded criminal defence firm that takes on challenging and meaningful work, including:

• Cybercrime & fraud
• Driving & drug offences
• Human trafficking & exploitation
• Sexual and violent offences
• Weapon offences & terrorism-related cases

• Work alongside a respected criminal defence team, tackling serious and high-profile cases.
• Build real courtroom experience, attending Bedfordshire magistrates’ courts (especially Luton) and police stations.
• Full support to achieve Duty Solicitor qualification if you’re not already qualified.
• Opportunities for trainees and non-qualified fee earners with relevant criminal law experience to grow quickly.

• CLAS qualification (no minimum PQE required)
• Experience in Legal Aid practice and advocacy
• Confident working independently under pressure
• Knowledge of billing procedures and legal processes
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
