- Own the full lifecycle of digital demand generation campaigns from planning through to optimisation and reporting
- Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, web, paid media, social and events
- Manage Hub Spot workflows, segmentation, lead scoring and attribution
- Create engaging campaign content including landing pages, thought leadership and marketing assets
- Work closely with sales teams to review funnel performance and improve conversion rates
5+ years B2B digital or demand generation marketing experience - Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and measurable pipeline
- Strong Hub Spot and marketing automation experience
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing and multichannel campaign optimisation
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, analysis and campaign delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
