Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to take ownership of IT support and administration in a fast-growing pet health and wellness company. This is a hands‑on, multi‑hat role where you’ll manage day‑to‑day support, maintain Microsoft 365 systems, and help build IT processes from scratch.

• Be the primary contact for IT support, handling 1st–4th line issues and escalations
• Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra , Defender, and other business applications
• Support endpoints across Windows, Mac, iOS, and troubleshoot networking issues
• Maintain Cyber Essentials Plus compliance and contribute to IT security initiatives
• Manage SharePoint sites, SaaS applications, and business systems
• Build and document IT processes and workflows
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Occasional out-of-hours support (shared across the team)

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support, administration, or hybrid M365/IT admin roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra , Defender
• Hands‑on troubleshooting across endpoints and networking
• Comfortable in small, fast‑moving teams where you wear multiple hats
• Proactive self‑starter with excellent communication skills
• SharePoint, SaaS applications, or Atlassian experience
• Exposure to shadow IT management or building IT processes

• High ownership - shape IT support and processes from scratch
