Head of eCommerce Product Management | £600–700/day (Umbrella) | Inside IR35 | Remote-first

We have a Head of Product Management vacancy available at a global digital/eCommerce firm. This is a high-impact transformation role focused on establishing and leading product enablement across a complex product environment.

You will establish best-practice product management frameworks and ways of working, balance consistency with flexibility, and lead a team of Product Enablement Managers. As well as defining and embedding a clear product excellence framework across the full lifecycle, strengthening prioritisation and road mapping practices and improving user story quality. You’ll coach, influence and drive change in real time.

A Head of Product with extensive experience, who has worked across multiple product teams in strong agile environments. You’ll bring a deep, practical understanding of modern product practices and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders while coaching teams on the ground.

Bedfordshire, 2 days per month in office
