The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU IDE Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ISU IDE/Meterworks/Device/Workflow areas of SAP systems that support critical business functions. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.

Your Responsibilities (Up to 10, avoid repetition):

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for the ESB's SAP Systems in the area of IDE, Device, Meterworks and Workflow.
• Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS
• Provide end user support for SAP ISU.
• Investigate and resolve support calls raised by the business
• Work on internal SAP projects and Change Requests as required.
• Identify potential process improvements opportunities across the SAP landscape.
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in the specification, development and testing of enhancements/modifications to the SAP solution.
• Complete knowledge transfer for respective application areas to other members of the ESB team.
• Work alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to identify and manage risks.
