Siemens MES​/PLM Consultant; Azure

Position: Siemens MES/PLM Consultant (Azure) - 12 Month Contract

My client, in the defence sector, are looking for 2 resources, please see all the details for both role below-

MES Implementation Consultant - Siemens Toolset Specialist

12 Month contract

Edinburgh, Basildon, Luton, Southampton - 1 Day per week on site

BPSS Required, SC desirable.

£60 p/h (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and configuration of Siemens Opcenter MES on Microsoft Azure, across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Siemens via screen sharing sessions to troubleshoot, debug, and validate configuration deployments.
• Execute and monitor Windows services and command-line operations to support MES deployment and maintenance.
• Support integration between Opcenter, Teamcenter Easy Plan, and SAP S/4
  
  HANA, ensuring data consistency and process alignment across PLM, MES, and ERP systems.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of MES implementation practices.

Must have Requirements and Experience

• Proven experience with Siemens MES toolset, especially Opcenter and Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of MES deployment life cycle and configuration management.
• Experience integrating MES with PLM and ERP systems, particularly Teamcenter Easy Plan and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience deploying and managing MES solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
• Experience in remote collaboration and screen sharing for technical troubleshooting.

TCU Implementation Consultant - Siemens Toolset Specialist

12 Month contract

Edinburgh, Basildon, Luton, Southampton - 1 Day per week on site

BPSS required, SC desirable.

£60 p/h (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Support upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure, across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Siemens via screen sharing sessions to troubleshoot, debug, and validate configuration deployments.
• Execute and monitor Windows services and command-line operations to support TCU deployment and maintenance.
• Support integration between Teamcenter, Creo (IPEM interface), EDA, Component Information system, SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Siemens Opscenter ensuring data consistency and process alignment across PLM, MES, and ERP systems.
• Document deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of TCU implementation practices.

Must Have Requirements and Experience

• Experience deploying and managing PLM solutions in Azure Cloud environments.
• Experience in remote collaboration and screen sharing for technical troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating PLM with engineering tools, MES and ERP systems, particularly Polarion, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opscenter and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Proven experience with Siemens toolset, especially Teamcenter, Opscenter and Polarion.
• Strong understanding of PLM deployment life cycle and configuration management.

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with Siemens upgrade activities and test planning.
• Knowledge of QAPS environments and production readiness processes.
