Senior HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor based in Luton for one of our clients on a Full Time Temporary basis.

Summary of the Senior HR Advisor role

Salary: £15-16 per hour
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm.

Responsibilities of the Senior HR Advisor

• Advise on matters such as disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management
• Act as an escalation from the HR advisor
• Support HR advisor and manager
• Dealing with complex casework
• Ensure advice and decision-making reflect current legislation, best practice and organisational values
• Support and mentor HR Advisors and HR Coordinators

Requirements for a successful Senior HR Advisor

• Practical experience working within an HR/Senior HR advisor role with employee relations knowledge
• Qualified to CIPD Level 3
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• Current and valid DBS (Adult and Child workforce)
