Nurse Assessor – Registered Healthcare Professionals - Homebased and Office Based
Location:
Watford, Luton, Hitchin + Other locations across the South West and South Coast of England (Hybrid – homebased & office based)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm | No weekends or bank holidays

Permanent | Full-time
Are you a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist looking for a better work-life balance? This role offers you the chance to use your clinical skills in a supportive environment — with no late shifts, weekends, or bank holiday work.
What you’ll do- Carry out functional assessments with claimants to understand how their health conditions or disabilities impact their daily life.
- Use a structured approach to gather information through conversations and clinical questioning — no treatment or prescribing involved.
- Review existing medical evidence and request further details where necessary.
- Analyse how conditions affect mobility, cognition, daily activities, and ability to work.
- Compile clear, concise medical reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) — no diagnosis required.
- Salary: £37,500 – £47,500 OT (up to £48,300 with bonuses), 10% annual performance bonus, 5% one-off payment, plus comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid working (around 50% home, 50% office)
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
