Commercial Finance Manager

Eutopia Search is working exclusively with a retail company based in Luton, Bedfordshire, to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with two days per week in the office.

As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll be central to shaping financial performance and supporting commercial decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you’ll provide high-quality insight, maintain strong financial controls, and help drive long-term value.

This is a hands-on, high-profile role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Partnering with senior commercial teams to improve performance and support key decisions
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
• Turning complex financial data into clear, practical insights
• Challenging plans and holding teams accountable for financial results
• Identifying risks and opportunities early and working with teams to address them
• Ensuring strong governance around investment and capital spend
• Improving FP&A processes, systems, and reporting
• Supporting and developing team members to strengthen commercial and financial capability

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in commercial finance and business partnering
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
• Excellent analytical skills with a clear, practical communication style
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, changing environment

Competitive salary of £70,000–£80,000, plus up to 20% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
