An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing retail business. Working in a fast-paced, commercial environment and reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in driving financial insight and business performance.

• Lead month-end performance reporting, including P&L and cashflow, and deliver insightful reporting packs to senior leadership
• Analyse and combine internal and external data to generate actionable insights and challenge commercial performance
• Support key planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and three-year strategic planning
• Act as a key finance partner to stakeholders across multiple functions and regional teams
• Oversee balance sheet controls and ensure accurate, timely reconciliations
• Build robust financial models and produce high-quality presentations to support long-term strategic decision-making
• Contribute to business transformation and integration initiatives across the organisation

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in FP&A and/or commercial finance roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
• Confident communicator, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive self-starter with excellent prioritisation and time-management skills
• Experience with SAP, BI tools, Power BI, and HFM is desirable

• Competitive salary of circa £70,000 plus annual bonus
