Senior Finance Analyst - Cruise Trading at TUI
As a Senior Finance Analyst in Cruise Trading, you'll be the key interface between the Cruise commercial trading team and finance, providing financial oversight and analysis to maximize business results.
With nearly three decades of sailing experience, Marella Cruises is well established as the UK's second-largest cruise line, offering voyages to 125 destinations worldwide.

- Manage Cruise Revenue and Variable cost areas, including month‑end processes, variance analysis & commentary, forecasting, cash‑flow & balance‑sheet management.
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance in developing the 3‑year plan, analysing long‑term passenger assumptions and revenue progression planning.
- Lead the production and analysis of weekly trading reports, including process improvements to both MI and Excel reports. This role will be the financial lead in building reports in Business Objects (BOXI) and liaising with the central MI team to drive improvements.
- Take ownership of Cruise Margins within MI, becoming the expert in how we report on margins within Cruise.
- Support the trading team in making accurate pricing decisions for new seasons and prepare presentations for senior management approval.
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted adviser to the cruise trading team, providing insights and analysis for key decision‑making.
- Completed accounting qualification.
- Excellent analytical abilities that enable manipulation of large datasets.
- Proactive attitude and self‑motivation to tackle challenges independently.
- Excellent organisational skills to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent Excel skills and previous experience using BOXI.
- Collaborative approach and process improvement experience.
