My client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Agricultural Service Engineer to join their service team. As an Agricultural Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of a wide range of modern agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and maximising equipment reliability.

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural machinery to manufacturer specifications
• Accurately diagnose faults across electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain systems, and carry out repairs efficiently
• Use laptop-based diagnostic tools (training provided)
• Complete detailed job reports, supported with photographs and accurate time logs
• Identify machine defects and proactively upsell relevant services or parts
• Understand and work with GPS systems, telematics, and machine control technology
• Inspect and prepare machinery returning from demos to ensure they are complete and undamaged
• Support with operational issues in collaboration with the service team
• Assist with equipment preparation for open days, shows, and demo events
• Attend manufacturer and in-house training courses as required

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Experience working on agricultural, construction, or commercial machinery
• Relevant qualification in Land-Based Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines without compromising on safety
• Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Calm under pressure and enjoys a busy, hands-on environment
