You will primarily engage in customer service, addressing queries and diagnosing technical problems. This role involves factory work to commission new laser machines and occasional travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have an electrical or electromechanical engineering degree and up to two years of experience in the field.
