Are you passionate about enhancing young people’s careers? The School of Care and Science are looking for someone to join the team. This role has opportunities to be flexible, including fractional and hourly paid positions. The successful candidate will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at our Luton campus.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for delivering skills and knowledge to high standards. This will be achieved by preparing resources, delivering lessons, marking student work, and supporting students with their whole programme of study.
We are seeking an industry specialist to teach and embed essential skills. Learners will complete invaluable work experience placements as part of their study programme, which will launch them into a career in the health and social care sector with skills and experiences that align with their chosen career path.
Qualifications- Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent course.
- Relevant vocational experience.
- Background in Adult Nursing and/or Anatomy & Physiology (preferred).
- Experience working with young people or apprentices in a college or educational setting (preferred).
- A teaching qualification would be advantageous; however, we would offer full teacher training to the successful candidate.
