• Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A relevant degree in your subject area.
• Experience in teaching secondary school students (ideally Key Stage 3 and Key Stage
  4).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A commitment to helping all students succeed and reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
