Academics are working on behalf of a SEN Specialist School who are seeking a SEN Class Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive specialist team in Luton. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people with SEND.

The Ideal SEN Class Teacher Will:- Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
- Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be able to commute to Luton
- Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
- Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils
This SEN Class Teacher position is a permanent, full-time role based in Luton, with a start date of Spring Term 2026. Informal conversations are encouraged, and visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
