Academics are working on behalf of a SEN Specialist School who are seeking a SEN Class Teacher to join a dedicated and supportive specialist team in Luton. • Previous experience working with children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) is welcomed but not essential.

As a SEN Class Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, personalised learning that supports pupils' academic progress, independence, and wellbeing within a nurturing and well-resourced environment.

• Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with SEND
• Demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and a reflective approach to teaching
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be able to commute to Luton
• Create learning experiences that are fun, engaging, relevant, and functional
• Deliver personalised, sequential learning to ensure good or better progress for all pupils

This SEN Class Teacher position is a permanent, full-time role based in Luton, with a start date of Spring Term 2026. Informal conversations are encouraged, and visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
