Primary School Cover Supervisor

Position: Primary School Cover Supervisor role (Contract)
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary School Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work across primary schools in Luton and surrounding Luton area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced cover supervisors, teaching assistants looking to step up, education graduates, or individuals considering a career in teaching who are seeking flexible work and valuable classroom experience in a primary school setting.

The Role:

-Supervising primary classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
-Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
-Supporting pupils' learning, behaviour, and personal development
-Maintaining classroom routines and managing behaviour in line with school policies
-Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day
-Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning

The Ideal Candidate :

-Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
-Confident, adaptable, and professional in the classroom
-Able to manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment
-Passionate about supporting young learners
-Experience supporting pupils with additional needs or SEND is desirable
