Cover Supervisor - Primary & Secondary Schools

We are currently recruiting reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work across primary and secondary schools in Luton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a variety of school settings.

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and keeping pupils engaged
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with their learning where appropriate
• Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
• Confident, calm, and professional classroom presence
• Adaptable and reliable
• A genuine interest in education
