Teaching Assistant - Primary & Secondary Schools

We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Luton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff who are passionate about supporting pupils and gaining valuable classroom experience in a variety of school settings.

• Supporting teachers in the classroom on a day-to-day basis
• Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support learning
• Assisting pupils with additional needs where appropriate
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
• Patient, supportive, and confident in a classroom setting
• Adaptable, reliable, and proactive
• A genuine interest in education and child development
