Leaders in Care are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to join a stable Child and Family Assessment team, based in the South East as a Senior Social Worker.
This role offers a pay rate of £42/h
Responsibilities- Hold a mixed caseload of short-term assessment work and long-term CIN/CP cases, providing variety in daily workload.
- Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Loyalty bonus opportunity (potential pay increase of up to £100 per week).
- Hybrid working model and a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance.
- Regular training and supervision.
