Contract Supervisor, Business

As a Contract Supervisor based in Luton you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing the hire contract team for a national account
• Generating and maintaining the hire equipment exchange schedule and ensuring the smooth running of the exchange process
• Making sure SLAs are achieved/exceeded
• Monitoring equipment breakdowns and ad‑hoc hires
• Investigating equipment failures and ensuring all records and reports are up to date
• Processing hire contracts, sales orders and purchase orders
• The 2 previous holders of this position have been promoted into other roles within the team, so career development is a real potential here

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent relationship management
• Great team leadership and team development skills
