My client is a high‑growth, international consumer health business with an impressive track record of innovation and category leadership. Known for its science‑led approach and dynamic culture, the company is expanding rapidly across the UK, EU, and global markets – and is now looking for a Demand & Fulfilment Lead to bring structure, leadership, and optimisation across its end‑to‑end planning function.

This is a newly defined position that bridges demand planning and fulfilment execution – ensuring that the company’s forecasting, stock, and customer service operations work in total alignment. You’ll lead a team of planners covering both demand and fulfilment, ensuring customer orders (including major UK retailers and global distributors) are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), supported by robust planning and process ownership.

• Lead and develop a team of 3 planners across demand and fulfilment, setting clear priorities and driving accountability.
• Oversee forecasting alignment with commercial teams and ensure that fulfilment plans meet customer service levels.
• Own relationships with logistics partners, warehouses (UK & EU), and hauliers to ensure OTIF delivery performance.
• Maintain and optimise planning systems (Net Suite, Ana Plan, Snap Fulfil), ensuring data integrity and process discipline.
• Track, report, and improve KPIs across stock accuracy, SLOBs, rework, and fulfilment costs.
• Represent the function in the S&OP cycle, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, cost reduction, and systems efficiency.

• ✅ Proven experience in demand or supply planning
  , ideally with exposure to both forecasting and fulfilment.
• ✅ Background in FMCG, consumer health, or supply chain‑led organisations

• ✅ Strong leadership capability – able to develop teams and instil a culture of accountability and improvement.
• ✅ Confident using ERP and planning systems (Net Suite, Ana Plan, or similar).
• ✅ Skilled communicator who builds cross‑functional relationships and can influence at multiple levels.
