Join the dynamic team at Thurlow Nunn's Luton branch as our next New Car Sales Manager. You'll report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in steering our Sales team towards achieving unparalleled success in sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Your Mission- Motivating, developing, and coaching the sales team to achieve agreed volumes of vehicle sales while maintaining budgeted profitability and an exceptional level of customer service.
- Empowerment in Action:
Take a hands‑on approach, supporting your team through every sales challenge and celebrating every victory, big or small. - Ensuring an adequate stock and mix to present customers with a diverse range of vehicles and colours.
- Organizing off‑site promotional events to enhance brand awareness.
- Devise implement innovative strategies to enhance sales operations, customer experience, and team cohesion.
- Demonstrated success in automotive sales management, showcasing exceptional leadership and the consistent achievement of sales targets within a dealership setting.
- Skilled in people management, with a passion for developing talent and building high‑performing teams through effective motivation, support, and adept handling of people issues.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends on a rota basis, where needed.
Experience with our DMS's:
Pinnacle and/or Dealer Web, preferred not mandatory.

Salary Package:

5 day week, covering Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm Sundays 10.00am to 4.00pm
