Sytner Luton is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Your roleAs a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with invoicing and taxing vehicles, file auditing, trade transfers and other ad‑hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
Sytner Sales Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Your profilePrevious experience in an administrative role with proficient IT skills is required, automotive administrative role is advantageous.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrives in a busy, high‑pressurised environment.
Ideally, you will be extremely proactive, organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
The job is suitable for a full time or part time candidate.
