The Therapy Department at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake Healthcare is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

The Physical Therapist PT evaluates patients to identify needs and establishes an individualized treatment plan of care. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. • An active state Physical Therapist PT license is required.
• Unlimited employee referral bonus of up to $1,000 each
• Multiple locations offered, but optional, for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunity at additional locations.
• This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
