Breast Imagers Partnership Track or No call​/No weekend

Breast Radiology with some General Radiology – Mostly on-site, targeting one remote reading day per week – hiring as soon as available. Maryland license and credentialing needed prior to start.

Advanced Radiology is the area’s leading source for Women’s Imaging.

We perform over 200,000 mammograms per year at 31 locations throughout Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Anne Arundel, and Howard Counties. Physical office sites arezt in the Northern Baltimore suburbs.

• On‑site work most days with one remote reading day per week.
• Limited weekend call: 4 weekends per year – Saturday on site, Sunday remote reading – plus holidays.
• Occasional weekday evening swing shifts (≈3/month) that are remote reading of hospital cases (ER + inpatient).

Partners and partnership track radiologists have an equivalent of 14 weeks off per year; partners enjoy a high workload share and the same compensation package.

• Private practice radiologist – role available now.
• Partnership track – 3‑year progression with equity ownership, profit sharing, and increased time off each year (11, 12, 13 weeks).
• No‑call/nothing‑weekend option and profit‑sharing partnership track positions Sare available.

• Must be Maryland licensed and credentialed.
• Prefer candidates with at least a 6‑month breast imaging fellowship or significant clinical experience.
• Fellowship training in breast imaging or equivalent is required.
• Strong interest in women's imaging and ability to intermix general radiology rotations.
