Role – Quality & Environmental Coordinator (6 Month FTC) – Lurgan

• Assist with compliance systems and processes, development to ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental standards, and other compliance obligations on site for continuous improvement
• Ensure customer complaints are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with assistance from operations team and the Quality & Environmental Manager
• Ensure non-conformances are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with the assistance from operations teams and the Quality & Environmental Manager
• Conduct internal audits as per audit schedule, raising corrective action requests and following up until closure
• Document control and management – creating, storing, organising, tracking and distribution of key documents to be always readily available

• Training and education to ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ideally ISO 14001 environmental management
• 2 years’ experience working within a busy manufacturing environment
• High level IT skills including proficiency in full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
• Proficiency in generating written procedures and work instructions
