Role – Quality & Environmental Coordinator (6 Month FTC) – Lurgan

Whatour new ‘Quality & Environmental Coordinator’ will be doing
- Assist with compliance systems and processes, development to ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental standards, and other compliance obligations on site for continuous improvement
- Ensure customer complaints are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with assistance from operations team and the Quality & Environmental Manager
- Ensure non-conformances are handled with a thorough investigation process and identify key trends with the assistance from operations teams and the Quality & Environmental Manager
- Conduct internal audits as per audit schedule, raising corrective action requests and following up until closure
- Document control and management – creating, storing, organising, tracking and distribution of key documents to be always readily available
- Training and education to ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ideally ISO 14001 environmental management
- 2 years’ experience working within a busy manufacturing environment
- High level IT skills including proficiency in full MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Proficiency in generating written procedures and work instructions
