You are maintaining unique production equipment. They often design their own, making it interesting. They work on a very preventative basis, so taking time to get it right is important to them, and they encourage getting it right.

What you'll need to succeed Relatable maintenance experience being able to demonstrate skills in fault-finding and repair to high-volume production, a focus on 'right first time' and a positive attitude to training and a team approach rather than individual.

What you'll get in return The earning potential is fantastic here at £48000 to £54000 plus overtime. The overtime is planned a year in advance, so you can plan your life around it well.
