Position SummaryLocation: Lumberton, NC
Department: Center Management
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level
Employment Type: Full‑time
- Compensation: Up to $70K (base $50K‑$55K + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits
- Travel: 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided

- Own day‑to‑day operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
- Partner with the Center Director to strategize and execute operational, donor experience, and compliance goals.
- Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
- Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Recruit, develop, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and keep everyone focused on daily priorities.
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (‑40°C) for short periods.
- Willingness to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
- A Reliable Problem Solver: Takes ownership, creatively prioritizes, and stays outcome‑oriented.
- An Empathetic Communicator: Adapts style for staff, donors, and leadership; strong conflict resolution; stays calm under pressure.
