• Compensation: Up to $70K (base $50K‑$55K + up to 25% monthly bonus) + benefits

• Own day‑to‑day operations on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow and retention.
• Partner with the Center Director to strategize and execute operational, donor experience, and compliance goals.
• Lead by example and coach team members in real time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards, supporting audits and inspections.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Recruit, develop, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and keep everyone focused on daily priorities.

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (‑40°C) for short periods.
• Willingness to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
