Overview
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) — WOODHAVEN

, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.
We are currently seeking an experienced SLP to join our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a quality rehab experience for patients and their families.
- Individualize treatment plans and address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive treatment modalities.
- Provide in-house therapy with local management support.
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
- Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
- Note: This is not a CFY position.
