This salaried Clinical Manager (SLP) role offers a
75% clinical / 25% leadership split within a
40-hour workweek
, along with flexible scheduling to support work–life balance. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring developing clinicians, fostering clinical excellence, and driving positive outcomes for children and families.
Supervision of SLP Assistants and Clinical Fellows (maximum of
2) is included.

Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children referred with speech, language, hearing, or swallowing concerns. With physician approval, the CL develops and implements individualized treatment plans to help each child reach their highest potential for communication and independence.
Beyond direct patient care, the Clinical Lead:
- Supports the planning, organization, supervision, and delivery of speech services
- Collaborates closely with Occupational and Physical Therapy teams
- Works alongside clinic leadership to ensure high-quality, coordinated care across disciplines
- Dedicates 10–25% of weekly hours to leadership responsibilities, based on clinic needs and staffing

- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year plus at least one additional year as a CCC-SLP
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience treating pediatric and adolescent populations
- CPR certification for all ages
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word preferred)
