We're seeking a Licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. This role includes biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, counseling (individual, family, and group), crisis intervention, and care coordination.

What You'll Do- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with client/family input.
- Provide routine and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
- Complete timely documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans) per agency guidelines.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers.
- Participate in on-call crisis rotation.
- Engage in peer review and agency trainings.
- Offer community education and in-service training as assigned.
- Education & Licensure:
- Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
- Active NC license:
LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT (or Associate license with supervision).
- Strong knowledge of counseling principles, human behavior, and community resources.
- Ability to build therapeutic alliances and collaborate effectively with teams.
