Robeson Community College is seeking a Construction Management Technology Discipline Lead to lead program development, curriculum delivery, and student success initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead program and curriculum development aligned with industry standards and workforce needs
- Collaborate with advisory committees and industry partners
- Teach Construction Management courses and assess student learning outcomes
- Advise and support students through recruitment, retention, and placement
- Manage program resources, equipment, and budget
- Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and committee service
- Associate degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a closely related field
- Five years of relevant construction industry experience
- Supervision and teaching experience preferred
