Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Executive Assistant's role is to be the client’s (homeowner/policyholder) conduit and coordinator of the job from start to finish. They help coordinate mitigation, remediation, and repairs efficiently by understanding the loss, assisting with and dispatching field crews, arranging testing as appropriate, assisting with and scheduling each trade based on the repair estimate, and communicating with the client all pertinent details of the job.
They are the client’s advocate and conduit of information and should be in daily contact with the client as the job progresses. The Executive Assistant is the guardian of all the data on the job and is to manage the data asset in a court ready, complete fashion.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for communicating with office staff and Restoration Techs in the field, in addition to answering business phone lines and responding to emails, questions, concerns, or complaints from clients.
The role will also be responsible for filling as an additional resource in the area of data entry to track monthly budgeting projections, recording invoices received and paid, and maintaining any additional records needed.
This role currently is part time at 35 hours per week. The pay is starting at $9 - 12 per hour with no medical or dental insurance.
