Topout Supervisor
Full-Time
Pay: $22–$26 per hour
The Topout Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the rough-in phase of residential plumbing construction. This role ensures installations are completed correctly, on schedule, and meet company quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate with installation crews and builders to maintain clear communication throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities- Oversee the rough-in portion of new residential plumbing construction projects
- Schedule installation work with plumbing crews
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations
- Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, and crew members throughout the construction process
- Ensure work is completed according to company standards and timelines
- Manage time independently and complete required paperwork accurately and promptly
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks frequently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to complete paperwork legibly and on time
- Strong communication skills with both field teams and builders
