Sales & Project Support - Power Electronics

On behalf of our client, a Swiss technology leader specializing in high-efficiency power protection solutions for critical infrastructure — we are seeking a highly motivated Internal Technical Sales & Project Management Support professional to join their team in Lugano.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to the global sales operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate technical quotations and maintaining professional interactions with international customers. This role reports directly to the Global Sales Director and serves as a vital link between outside sales teams, internal departments, and the Datacenter Business Director.

• Technical Sales Support: Preparing and issuing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with company policies.
• Project Coordination: Monitoring project timelines and status to ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and on-time delivery.
• Customer Relations: Acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and supporting customer visits, demonstrations, and product training events.
• Reporting: Tracking sales activities and customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

The client is looking for a solution-driven individual with a technical background—ideally within the UPS, power protection, or datacenter industries. Key requirements include:

• Previous experience in technical sales support or project coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools.
• Strong English language skills; proficiency in Italian, German, French, or Spanish is considered a significant asset.
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
