• Operate in predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight
• Maintain consistent freight for maximum drive time and reduced downtime
• Dispatched in advance to improve planning
• Handle 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight

• Average pay: $1,040-$1,275 weekly
• Home time:
  Every other week
• Experience:
  
  All CDL holders

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving)
• Weekly performance pay
• Mileage incentive:
  Potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and goals
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Haz Mat endorsement preferred
