Field Service Technician Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician with WCTractor, you will utilize your top-tier customer service and technical skills to exceed customer expectations to improve customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention. This position will focus on hay customers with an emphasis on repairing equipment as it relates to hay equipment (round balers, square balers, etc).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provide service and customer support during field visits
* Manage all on site diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and test tasks
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
* Produce timely and detailed service reports
* Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
* Advise customers on the equipment
* Operate service vehicle in a safely manner
