Are you a results-driven sales expert with deep knowledge of agricultural equipment?
We are seeking seasoned Agricultural Sales Professionals with experience in selling and servicing tractors, UTVs, lawnmowers, and related ag equipment. Join a team that's passionate about supporting farmers, landowners, and ranchers with the tools they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with ag producers, landowners, and equipment buyers
- Promote and sell tractors, UTVs, lawnmowers, and complementary ag equipment
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored equipment solutions
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across multiple equipment brands
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Coordinate equipment demos, deliveries, and follow-up support
- Proven success in sales within the agriculture or equipment industry
- Strong working knowledge of tractors, UTVs, lawnmowers, and general farm equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a professional, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed
- Background in ag equipment sales, dealership experience a plus
- Familiarity with brands such as John Deere, Kubota, Polaris, Hustler, etc.
- Technical understanding of machinery operation and maintenance
- High school diploma required;
Associate's or Bachelor's in Ag Business or related field preferred
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
