ALL ABOUT STYLE A team of consultants who meet guests where they are and deliver through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and an incredible guest experience with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is full with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the salesfloor with the right sizes, styles and colors.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active environment where teamwork, flexibility and problem solving are key.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

The Good News Is That We Have Training to Help You Learn Everything You Need to Know to Be a Style Consultant. But, There Are a Few Skills You Should Have From the Get-Go:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Capacity to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames

We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Be Clear On a Few More Basics We Expect:

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders
• Scans, handles and moves merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays); reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
