Position SummaryThe Executive Director of JA Angelina County provides overall leadership and direction for all local operations, ensuring alignment with the mission, strategy, and standards of Junior Achievement of Dallas. This role is responsible for strategic planning, fundraising and development, board engagement, program oversight, financial management, community relations, and leading and supervising staff and volunteers. The Executive Director serves as the primary ambassador for JA in Angelina County and is accountable for advancing organizational impact and sustainability in the region.

Salary Range$55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting
- Ensure fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and compliance with established procedures
- Lead fundraising initiatives including individual giving, corporate sponsor ships, grants, and special events
- Cultivate and steward donor relationships to support long‑term growth and sustainability
- Partner closely with the local Board of Directors to provide leadership, guidance, and regular updates
- Support board engagement, development, and governance best practices
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of JA programs
- Ensure programs effectively meet student and community needs
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing, and mission‑driven culture
