• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
