We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist in the Lufkin area with a $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS.

Salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year, based on full-time employment and productivity.

The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) assesses and evaluates patient needs related to mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. They develop treatment plans, perform interventions to improve patient well-being, and monitor progress.

• Evaluate patient functional status and needs, assisting physicians in developing the care plan.
• Observe and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning according to standards of practice.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about the care plan and progress.

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
