• Work one‑on‑one with children implementing BCBA‑designed plans to build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Utilize principles of ABA (reinforcement, prompting) to teach adaptive behaviors in language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills.
• Address behavior reduction goals using ABA principles.
• With training, implement skill development programs and provide physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Convert sessions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Track and record RBT hours each month and submit within timeframe.
• Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Attend trainings as required.
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required – we will train.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to utilize technology and work with challenging behavior.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
• Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
