Position: Technical Project Leader - Ludlow, MA with Security Clearance

As the Technical Project Leader, you will support new and existing tasking for various technical programs in Ludlow, MA, where you will communicate directly with the customer regarding program status, provide technical inputs to customer requests, manage program financial and schedule requirements, and report task status to upper management, customers, and stakeholders.

Serco provides technical services and manages the daily execution of tasking to provide technical services for NUWC Code 34. In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with a cross-functional team comprised of engineering, program management, production, and quality to define goals and deliverables for the customer.
* Attend multiple weekly customer meetings, identify COAs, track status of open actions, and report out progress to various customer stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
* Responsible for briefing customer, user, and upper management on all facets of the program.
* Frequent customer, user, and upper management interaction is routine.
* Direct the work of functional employees in the execution of the assigned projects while establishing and monitoring performance to schedules, plans, and milestones.
* Oversee program financials including monthly actuals, manpower forecasting, reporting, variance justification, and generating Government spend plans.
* Monitor cost and schedule of program, including managing risk and opportunities.
* Submit deliverables to customer such as monthly status reports, spend plans, schedules, and trip requests/reports.
* Assist in the preparation of proposals and maintaining customer relationships to support the overall business development and growth strategies of the portfolio To be successful in this, role you will have:
* Active or Current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
* U.S Citizenship.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* 8 years of relevant/similar experience in leading technical projects and engineering tasking related to U.S. Naval Submarine Systems.
* Experience working within the DoD and/or Military.
* Experience with leading a team of technical SMEs.
* Experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder meetings.
* Ability to travel up to 10%. Additional desired experience and skills:
* An Active or Current Top Secret clearance.
