KBW Financial Staffing and Recruitment has partnered with a well-established company in Hampden County is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on financial work and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with payroll support and payroll‑related reporting
- Prepare financial reports and support month‑end close
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competitive pay up to $30/hour depending on experience
